Inventory Catch Up

A dancing school for kids. Kids require dancing costumes and shoes for their dancing examination, but inventories in the school warehouse can't keep up as kids had out grown their size. The lack of communication between warehouse staffs and dancing instructors who sign up kids for the exam had made the situation worst, kids can't go for their dancing examination as there is no fitting dancing costumes and shoes for them to wear.

Knowing of the problem, we implemented a business IT solution for the school to keep track of the kids in the school when they joined, as they grow, the system is able to alert the warehouse to keep stock of correct sizes of dancing costumes and shoes. Dancing instructors are required to use the system to sign up kids for the dancing examination. Data are collected and fed to warehouse staffs to prepare the dancing costumes and shoes for these kids who are going for dancing examination.

These business data are collected, categorized and re-modeled for the school management team to do planning and analytics.

Digitizing Manufacturing Process

A factory is facing a problem in managing their raw materials in their manufacturing process.

We implemented a business IT solution to digitize the manufacturing process. It tracks the amount of raw materials purchased, the amount of raw materials issued for the manufacturing and the amount of raw materials return after production. It also tracks of the amount raw materials used in different stages of the production, material wastage in the manufacturing process and number of items produced based of the amount raw materials issued.

Throughout the manufacturing process, data are collected. The collected data allow production managers to do analytics; to help them in raw materials planning for production, to reduce raw material wastage and increase productivity.
